Follow the money….This section will be used to provide financial information.
We are doing better with our finances. We are controlling our cost better and making progress on our past due Homeowner accounts.
Budget time for 2011 is just around the corner. We will begin gathering quotes and cost information in order to have a budget to present at the Annual Meeting in October. More information of this at a later date.
If you are behind on your Dues, please make arrangements to become current. It takes all of us meeting our financial obligations to allow the HOA to meet it’s financial obligations. |

Running acct balance - Bank account register. Our monthly maintenance and utilities are running around $3500 at the low end and our budget including these and other expenses are about $5000

Property Modification -also called ACC Request: sheds, landscape, patio cover, etc...

The homeowners of Willow Vista Estates pay their dues with the expectation that the property will be maintained and our bills paid. When there are shortages in our income or a large portion is going to pay attorney fees, we are unable to do so. The HOA has certain obligations to the city and our homeowners. Let’s all be sure to do our part. |
