   Maint/Rep. Estimate:  $1,500 / yr

Pool Service

Mowing and weeding 36 times per year. Summer fertilizer 3 times. Pre Emergent with Fertilizer 3 times.  Post Emergent 5 times.  Fire Ant Control 1 time per year, mound treatment as needed.  Shrub pruning 6 times and seasonal color change in the Spring and Fall.  Monthly irrigation inspection.

Contract Amount:  $866/ mo, $10,395 / yr

    Maint/Rep. Estimate:  $1,000

Lawn Care

Initial restoration.  Removal of trash, debris, surface algae, scum and overgrown shrubbery.  Clean and shovel at spill ways.

Monthly maintenance of fountains and upkeep of canal.

January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010

Contract Amount: $606/ mo, $7,276 / yr

   Maint/Rep. Allowance:  $1,500 / yr

        One time restoration:  $1,040

Canal Service

Will come on Monday and Friday each week. Clean restrooms and empty trash as needed.  Will supply cleaning products and paper supplies.
