The homeowners of Willow Vista Estates pay their dues with the expectation that the property will be maintained and our bills paid. When there are shortages in our income or a large portion is going to pay attorney fees, we are unable to do so. The HOA has certain obligations to the city and our homeowners. Lets all be sure to do our part. |
